Account deletion
A partner account holder can initiate the account deletion process by sending an email to support@tofolo.com. Upon receiving the request, the account will be designated as terminated and will remain in this state for a period of 90 days. After this 90-day period, all data associated with the account will be permanently removed from the system.
In addition, any member affiliated with your account can be marked as terminated by the master admin of the account. When a member is marked as terminated, they will lose access to both the account and the partner mobile application. Following a similar 90-day period, all PII data for that member will be obfuscated and cannot be retrieved. It's important to note that any transactions executed by the user will still be retained within the account.
